Arna Delle-Vergini is a Barrister, an accredited mediator and a legal coach. She is the founder of New Lawyer Language, a website promoting health and wellbeing in the legal profession.

Arna Delle-Vergini has over fifteen years experience as a lawyer. She signed the Roll of Counsel in 2000. Her practice includes alternative dispute resolution, children's court (criminal and welfare jurisdictions), criminal law, family law, family violence and personal safety orders, and VOCAT proceedings.

Arna has a strong interest in coaching and mentoring lawyers. She supports lawyers at undergraduate student level, throughout practical legal training and via ongoing professional development. Arna is a sought after coach and mentor, regularly teaching at Australian National University, Leo Cussen Institute, Victoria Legal Aid and the Department of Human Services. An accredited advocacy coach, Arna has also instructed in the Victorian Bar Readers Course and has also taught legal and justice studies at Victoria University and Australian Catholic University. She is available for personal and/or professional coaching at request.

In 2011-2012, Arna project-managed the Trial Counsel Development Program run by Victoria Legal Aid. The program provided unique training and networking opportunities to junior barristers of the Victorian Bar.

In July 2013, Arna established New Lawyer Language, a website designed to support emerging lawyers to develop resilience and professionalism, while maintaining health and well being. Arna is also currently undertaking her Masters of Laws at Monash University. Her research interests include the nature of legal professional roles, professional ethics and the health & well being of lawyers.
