Fraser Cameron

A highly experienced criminal advocate and civil litigator, Fraser appears regularly in trial/appellate jurisdictions whilst still accepting lower court briefs where available. Fraser's civil practice encompasses drafting, advisory and appearances in Magistrates court hearings, VCAT matters (particularly legal practice and disciplinary tribunals) County causes and trials, plus Supreme Court Summons and Applications.As a criminal advocate, Fraser appears as defence counsel in committals and trials for all nature of alleged offences. He has prosecuted sexual offenders and appeared in bail applications for the OPP. His summary crime practice also includes intervention order and safety notice appearances. Fraser now appears in the Federal Circuit Court Family Division and is available for applications and trial briefs. Outside his practice Fraser enjoys spending time with his family and is currently a VFL coach with the Coburg Football Club.
