Manuel Puyol
Manuel accepts briefs to appear and advise in all areas of family law and related jurisdictions. Manuel also accepts briefs in contractual disputes, property disputes, common law, retail tenancies and commercial matters.
Prior to being called to the bar, Manuel practised as a principal solicitor in a firm he started. He commenced his legal career in 2010 and has worked in country, suburban and CBD firms as a solicitor.
Manuel’s experience is in all areas of family law, general commercial law particularly in contractual and debt matters, tenancy disputes, misrepresentation and unconscionable conduct and property disputes.
As a solicitor, Manuel’s experience included advice and litigation in relation to matters in the:
- Supreme Court (both trial division and appeal);
- County Court;
- Magistrates Court;
- Family Court;
- Federal Circuit Court;
- Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Manuel holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Computing (Multimedia Design).
He is available to appear in all metropolitan and regional courts.
