This paper will concentrate on the drafting of Family Law Court Documents, principally Affidavits and Orders to be sought in both Applications and Case Outlines, Mediation Position Papers, and Conciliation Conference Documents in the context of recent and not quite so recent requirement of the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court. It will also touch on topics of Financial Statements, Trial Affidavits and Affidavits in support of Applications in a Case. Drafting for Family Law Court Documents will be of value to those who are required to draw and/or settle such documents.
