Robert Larkins is committed to fighting hard for his clients whether they are an applicant, a respondent or an accused. He has knowledge and experience in criminal law and family law which is why he is often briefed in cases involving intervention orders . These may relate to issues with former spouses, domestic partners or with a neighbour.

 Robert’s law degree is from Melbourne University where he was also conferred with a post graduate diploma of criminology. He was called to the bar in 1986. Since then, he has amassed decades of experience and represented clients in the Supreme Court and County Court trials and the Family Court.  He is the author of several books about law and legal history, including Breaking Up, a book about family law published by Penguin/Viking.

 His other books and publications include:

 Funeral Rights.  A book about the law and rights in relation to death and dying. Published by Penguin/Viking

The Personal History of William Buckley. A book about the convict experience of a prisoner transported to Australia.  Published by Arcadia
