Stephen Wilmoth

Stephen Wilmoth came to the Bar in 1983 after 7 years as a litigation solicitor. He was a partner in a City Firm for 4 years, practising in general litigation. He has had wide experience as an advocate in civil jurisdictions. His current practice is generally commercial, and especially includes defamation, contract and TFM litigation. He has appeared in some notable defamation causes and jury trials. He is an accredited and experienced commercial Mediator.
