Jonathan Rattray

Jonathan Rattray B.A L.L.B (HONS) graduated from Monash University in 2005. He was admitted to the Supreme Courts of Victoria and Queensland in 2007 and became a member of the Victorian Bar in 2009.He completed articles in Melbourne with Best Hooper Solicitors practicing in Litigation and Urban Planning and Environment law.With Best Hooper Jonathan acquired experience in mediations, advocacy and dealing with a wide range of matters, predominantly focused on property disputes and developments.After leaving Best Hooper Jonathan moved to Brisbane where he worked with Mallesons Stephen Jaques.

There he was a member of the property team dealing with commercial leasing.In early 2007 Jonathan changed the focus of his practice and started working with Victoria Legal Aid.

Jonathan worked in the Horsham and Broadmeadows offices where he practiced in family and civil law with a primary focus on criminal matters.Apart from Jonathan?s experience as a legal practitioner he has also lectured at Monash University in Civil Procedure and Environmental law.
