I am a General Practitioner working predominantly in the areas of criminal law, family law, motor vehicle property damage cases and assisting victims of crimes, I am highly experienced in all matters that routinely come before the Magistrates Court, including driving offences, criminal and quasi criminal offences, intervention orders, infringement applications, pre-trial conferences, arbitrations and hearings. After more than a quarter of a century working in the Courts and Tribunals, I have the ability to predict the probable outcome of cases with a high degree of accuracy. I also represent clients in the Federal Magistrates court, Family Court, Children's Court, Coroner?s Court County Court and at VCAT in guardianship and administration hearings. I have appeared in an Interlocutory appeal, a Full Court appeal, a review of a supervision order and an application for habeas corpus in the Supreme Court.I am happy to provide written opinions and advice.
