Rohan Barton

Rohan has a primary practice in Criminal Law and Family Law (including Intervention Orders) and is available to appear in a variety of jurisdictions under the new Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria). He commenced criminal trial work in 2014 to suppliment his family law trial work from 2013.Rohan appeared in the Court of Appeal (Victoria) for the Appellent as trial counsel on criminal appeal in the matter of Hicks -v- The Queen [2015] VSCA 201.
