Eva has a broad practice at the bar and accepts briefs in commercial matters including insurance, debt recovery, and building and construction matters, as well as common law and criminal matters, particularly summary crime.
Prior to coming to the bar, Eva gained experience as a solicitor and as a paralegal, focusing on debt recovery, motor vehicle recovery and insurance, and contractual disputes. This included litigated matters in courts and tribunals in Queensland, NSW, ACT and Victoria, for both plaintiffs and defendants. Further, Eva also has experience in building and construction matters, as well as crimes compensation.
Eva is also member of the Law Institute of Victoria and Victorian Women Lawyers.
