David has devoted 20 years in the pursuit of justice throughout Australia focused on Criminal Law, Family Law, Traffic matters and Commercial Litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Queensland (Bachelor of Laws), University of Melbourne (Graduate Diploma of Military Law) and the Australian National University (Master of Laws).
Following David’s diverse interest in international issues and law, David studied European Union Law, International Trade Law with Russian and East European Law at the University of Notre Dame Law School, London.
David joined the Department of Justice & Attorney-General (Crown Law) prosecuting cases throughout Queensland where he gained a unique insight into both sides of the courtroom, making him an ideal choice for clients needing quality criminal defence representation. This experience later proved to be an additional benefit to law students at Bond University and Southern Cross University during his time teaching at these institutions.
David is well respected by his peers for his thorough understanding of the law and ability to provide clear, concise legal advice in his practice areas. He has extensive experience in all criminal matters and is available to take briefs in a wide range of areas.
