Bradley Hardisty
Brad accepts briefs in all crime related matters. The majority of his practical training and study has revolved around Criminal Law. Brad has previously assisted in dealing with, contested hearings, mention hearings, bail applications and pleas. These matters related to both summary and indictable offences. Brad has also previously advocated on behalf of individuals that are experiencing extreme hardship to resolve outstanding offences.
Brad has a particular interest in the longstanding effects on those that come into contact with the criminal justice system. He appreciates the significance of access to justice and the significance of pro-bono work and programs.
Brad accepts briefs in both metropolitan and regional courts across Victoria. Having lived in both rural areas and metropolitan Melbourne, he is acutely aware that each region presents unique demographic, societal and socio economic factors.
Brad has experience with Victorian Legal Aid and the Neighbourhood Justice Centre. He also supported matters at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and a Melbourne based law firm which primarily practiced in industrial relations. Brad previously enjoyed dealing with this type of matter and supported a workers union, particularly concerning their involvement in various conciliations.
